Accessing and using the Platform confers user status and implies acceptance of the conditions described herein. The user undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with the law, morality, public order and this legal notice.

Use of the Platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or in any way that may damage, disable, overload or impair the services is prohibited.

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the design, source code, trademarks, logos, texts, images and other elements of the Platform belong to Real Estate Consulting, S.L. or its licensors.

The user retains all rights to the data and documents generated through the Platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display such data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Real Estate Consulting, S.L. takes the utmost care in the operation of the Platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors. The service is provided "as is" and as available.

We will not be liable for damages arising from user decisions based on information generated by the Platform, nor for tax or accounting non-compliance resulting from incorrect data entered by the user.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Platform, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, unless consumer protection legislation establishes a mandatory different jurisdiction.
