Ledgam Europe S.L. (hereinafter, "Facturación Virtual") is the data controller for the personal data collected through this platform.

Note: the platform runs on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Data is stored on servers managed by cloud providers under our responsibility as data controller.
2. Personal data we process
We collect and process only the data strictly necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations:
- Identity and contact data: name, surname, email address, phone number, postal address and, where applicable, tax ID number.
- Billing data: tax details of issuers and clients, invoice lines, amounts, taxes and associated documents.
- Usage data: activity logs within the application, configuration preferences and support incidents.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, device and cookies, in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Performance of a contract: manage your account, enable the issuance of invoices and quotes, and maintain access to the platform.
- Legal obligation: comply with tax, accounting and anti-money laundering regulations, including the retention of invoices for the legally established periods.
- Legitimate interest: ensure service security, prevent fraud and improve the user experience.
- Consent: send commercial communications and use analytics or advertising cookies when required by law.
4. Data retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal obligations. As a guideline:
- Account data: for as long as you maintain a contractual relationship with us.
- Invoices and tax documents: for the periods required by tax legislation (generally six years).
- Browsing and cookie data: as described in the Cookie Policy.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties when necessary to provide the service or comply with a legal obligation. The main processors are:
- Cloud infrastructure provider: Lovable Cloud / Supabase (hosting, database and authentication).
- Payment gateways: Stripe, for subscription and billing management.
- Analytics and communications: Google Analytics and support tools, configured to limit personal identification.
- Advertising tools: online advertising services, only when you have given explicit consent.
- Public authorities: when there is a legal obligation to provide tax or accounting information.
All processors have signed the contractual guarantees required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6. International transfers
In principle, data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). If any provider needs to carry out an international transfer, we will adopt the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or destruction. This includes encrypted connections via HTTPS, role-based access control, backups and administrative activity auditing.
No system is completely secure. If you detect any incident related to your data, please contact us immediately.
8. Your rights

- Right of access: know what personal data of yours we process.
- Right to rectification: request the correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): ask us to delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest or to the sending of commercial communications.
- Right to restriction of processing: request that we limit the use of your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller.
- Right not to be subject to automated decisions: we do not make decisions that significantly affect you based solely on automated processing.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
